Look close! Do you see any bigger than life footprints? Big Foot is an image of the bridge leading into Honobia, Oklahoma which is known for Sasquatch sightings. A festival takes place every fall with the telling of folklore and eyewitness accounts.

Honobia was an early Choctaw settlement following the Indian Removal by way of the Trail of Tears. It lies in what was the Apukshunnubbee District of the Choctaw Nation, IT. Honobia, about forty-five miles southeast of the Choctaw Nation Capitol in Tvshka Homma, Oklahoma, sits on the river in the picturesque Little River Valley, a fairly isolated area in the Kiamichi Mountains.
